SHIPPING TIMES CAN TAKE 1-2 WEEKS. This is because we quality check absolutely everything, and in high volume periods this takes longer for us to process.
At Wombat in the Snow, we partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products, at such a great price.

We include shipping for all orders over $15

If you are unhappy with the lead times, please contact one of our representatives
and they will give you a full refund or cancel your order for you! (Conditions apply)

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

-  Processing day: 1-7 business days.

-  Delivery day: 7-14 days (not including processing day).

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 7-10 working days for order processing for standard delivery.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

When purchasing a personalized item along with any other product,
all items will be shipped together once the personalized item is ready for dispatch.
Please take this timing into account.

Please note:
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as
names for personalized items, delivery address
and contact details are accurate and correct
as once your order has been dispatched,
we cannot alter address details and you will be charged
the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.
We will make our very best effort to assess and contact you if we identify an issue.
